Free data healthcheck

Cleaning data is expensive - to be quite honest our prices reflect the amount of care and attention we pay to your data. This being the case you will obviously want to be sure that your data needs cleaning and de-duplicating.

With this in mind, we will happily test a sample of your data and provide you with a full report detailing any of the following:

• Duplication levels
• Percentage of records with telephone numbers
• Number of records with incorrect postcodes
• Number of records with incomplete addresses
• Number of records containing swear words or other non-standard characters
• Other valuable information to help you make a judgement call

How to take advantage of this valuable FREE offer

Simply send us a sample of your database (approximately 15% will suffice), together with a file layout description.  Let us know what elements of the above list are of interest and whether you also want an estimate for PAF updating, MPS and/or TPS screening, updating using NCOA, Deceased and Goneaway files.

We can handle most data formats, but for ease of use and quick turn round we suggest that the records are saved as tab delimited ASCII files, with fields wrapped in quotation marks ("). The file should be zipped using a proprietary package such as WinZip and mailed to us  here. Please give us a contact name and telephone number for any questions we may have.

All data is protected under the data protection act whilst with us and we undertake to destroy or return the data to you once the test is finished.
